There’s a step by step guide to everything from an incline chest press to handstand push ups! And everything in between. Select which muscle group you want to exercise (back, chest, legs etc) and there’s loads to have a look through.
I like to use this to help with ideas of utilising the gym equipment to its fullest. And see videos on how they should be performed.
